Giving Tree

St. Vincent de Paul will be hosting its annual Christmas “Giving Tree” for our needy neighbors living within our parish boundaries beginning Saturday, November 25th. We will be helping at least 100 families this year. Please help us bring Christmas joy by taking one or more gift-tag ornaments and purchasing an appropriate gift to match the request on the tag. Please return the UNWRAPPED GIFT WITH THE RECIPIENT TAG ATTACHED.

Gifts should be returned to the SVdP box next to the tree by DECEMBER 11. Our volunteers will start delivering the gifts that week. Gifts may also be ordered through this Amazon link.

We also need $25 gift cards, which make nice gifts for our teenage recipients, and we give each family a $25 Walmart card to buy fresh foods to accompany the bagged food we provide. Gift cards and monetary donations may be mailed to SVDP, 3030 Gus Thomasson Rd, Dallas, TX 75228, or dropped in the church collection baskets (marked for SVDP) or hand-delivered to the church office during office hours. If you have large items to donate, please call our hotline at 972-278-4815 and message us. We will happily pick up your items from your home or meet you at the SVDP House.

San Vicente de Paúl organizará su "Árbol de Regalos" anual de Navidad para nuestros vecinos necesitados que viven dentro de los límites de nuestra parroquia a partir del sábado 25 de noviembre. Este año estaremos ayudando al menos a 100 familias. Por favor, ayúdenos a llevar alegría navideña tomando uno o más adornos con etiquetas de regalo y comprando un regalo apropiado que coincida con la solicitud en la etiqueta. Devuelva el REGALO SIN ENVOLVER CON LA ETIQUETA DEL DESTINATARIO ADJUNTA.

Los regalos deben ser devueltos a la caja de SVdP junto al árbol antes del 11 DE DICIEMBRE. Nuestros voluntarios comenzarán a entregar los regalos esa semana. También se pueden comprar regalos a través de este enlace de Amazon.

También necesitamos tarjetas de regalo de $25, que son buenos regalos para nuestros destinatarios adolescentes, y damos a cada familia una tarjeta de $25 de Walmart para comprar alimentos frescos que acompañen la comida en bolsas que proporcionamos. Las tarjetas de regalo y las donaciones monetarias se pueden enviar por correo a SVDP, 3030 Gus Thomasson Rd, Dallas, TX 75228, o depositarse en las canastas de la colecta de la iglesia (marcadas para SVDP) o entregarse personalmente en la oficina de la iglesia durante el horario de oficina.
