Early Construction

The sand is the fill material. A minimum of 5 feet of fill material will replace the native black clay soil that is so unstable. The material at the right of the picture is removed by the trucks that bring in the fill.	The large bucket above is being used for the storm water drainage system being installed. Flooding is always a concern and the courtyard flow system will keep water from building up.
These are the fire water and fresh water lines. The building will have a sprinkler system and a standpipe for the fire department to use which will help in case any buildings on our property catch fire.	This is a rooftop view from the north on top of the school looking south. This view will change considerably over the next few months.
